We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - Overview: description of role. - What You'll Do: list of duties (Program Leadership & Oversight, Customer Engagement & Decision Authority, Program Management Plan, Risk Management, Performance Reporting & Governance, Staffing & Workforce Stability, Financial & Contract Performance Monitoring, Quality Control, Transition Management, Compliance & Accountability). That's responsibilities. - Who You Are (Required Qualifications): list of required qualifications: PMP certification, proven program leadership, manpower management, financial & performance monitoring, executive communicator. - Preferred Skills: list. - Required Education + Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree). Experience: Proven experience within the last five years in the comprehensive financial and performance monitoring of contracts, utilizing key performance metrics to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes. Within the last 5 years, effectively determined and managed manpower requirements for projects of comparable scope, encompassing a diverse range of technical skills and labor categories. Certification: PMP certification required. Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance preferred; must be TS/SCI eligible. - General Program Requirements: Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Work Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, core business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET (40 hours/week). Work Location: On-site at the customer facility in Central Maryland. Telework is situational and must be pre-approved by the customer. Travel: Occasional local and CONUS travel may be required to support meetings, events, and engagements. - Who We Are: description of company. - Benefits: list of benefits: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Short Term & Long Term Disability, 401k Retirement Savings Plan with Company Match, Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off (PTO), Tuition and Professional Development Assistance. - EEO statement: remove. We need sections: About the role (maybe overview), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (maybe Required Qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe Required Education + Experience?), Skills (Preferred Skills), Benefits, Pay (none), Schedule (Work Hours). Pay not mentioned, so we should not include Pay section. Schedule: we have Work Hours info, so we can include Schedule section. We need to decide which headings to use: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections with real specific content. So: - About the role: we have Overview paragraph. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: What You'll Do list. - Requirements: Could be Required Qualifications (the bullet list). Or maybe Requirements = Required Qualifications. We'll include. - Qualifications: Could be Required Education + Experience (education, experience, certification, clearance). That seems separate from Requirements. We'll include. - Skills: Preferred Skills. - Benefits: list. - Schedule: Work Hours, Work Location, Telework, Travel maybe? Travel could be part of Schedule? But schedule heading is for schedule info; we have Work Hours, location, telework, travel. We'll include. - Pay: none, so omit. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. We need to format: headings

for each section. Under each, appropriate content:

for prose,

  • for lists. We must not include markdown fences. Let's craft. First, About the role: combine Overview paragraph(s). The overview includes: "We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead a large, multi-disciplinary enterprise support program for a national security customer. You will be the single accountable leader for all contractor and subcontractor personnel across a broad portfolio of functions, including program and portfolio management, contracts and financial support, logistics, planning and policy, strategic communications, security operations, human resources support, and legal support. In this role you hold the authority to make decisions and commit the company, serve as the primary point of contact for customer leadership, and drive quality, efficiency, and measurable performance on a fixed-price services contract." That's the overview. We'll put in

. Responsibilities: list each bullet under What You'll Do. We'll create

    • items. Requirements: list required qualifications bullet points: "Program Management Credential: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.", "Proven Program Leadership: Demonstrated success managing projects and programs of similar size and complexity (multi-functional, 30+ personnel) within the last ten years.", "Manpower Management: Within the last five years, effectively determined and managed manpower requirements for programs of comparable scope, spanning a diverse range of technical skills and labor categories.", "Financial & Performance Monitoring: Within the last five years, proven experience in comprehensive financial and performance monitoring of contracts, using key performance metrics to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.", "Executive Communicator: Ability to brief senior leaders clearly, build trust, and resolve issues decisively." Qualifications: Education + Experience + Certification + Clearance. We'll list as
      • . Education: "Bachelor's degree preferred (additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree)." Experience: two bullet points? Actually they are two sentences but both under Experience. Could combine into one
      • with both sentences. Or separate? We'll keep as one
      • containing both sentences. Certification: "PMP certification required." Clearance: "Active TS/SCI clearance preferred; must be TS/SCI eligible." Skills: Preferred Skills list: "Experience managing fixed-price services contracts and subcontractor teams.", "Experience supporting cyber, intelligence, digital forensics, or other national security organizations.", "Experience supporting multiple customer directorates or business units under a single contract.", "Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and process improvement methods (Lean/Six Sigma).", "Proficiency with MS Project, dashboards, and performance reporting tools." Benefits: list as given. Schedule: include Work Hours, Work Location, Telework, Travel. Could be
        • items. Work Hours: "Full-time, Monday through Friday, core business hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET (40 hours/week)." Work Location: "On-site at the customer facility in Central Maryland." Telework: "Telework is situational and must be pre-approved by the customer." Travel: "Occasional local and CONUS travel may be required to support meetings, events, and engagements." We should also maybe include Citizenship requirement? That is under General Program Requirements. Could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? It's a requirement. Could add to Requirements section as an extra bullet. But we already have Requirements for qualifications; we could add citizenship there. However the instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can put citizenship under Requirements or Qualifications. Since it's a requirement, we can add to Requirements. Thus Requirements section will include the required qualifications bullets plus citizenship. Let's structure:
