Key Responsibilities
- Administer immunizations and injections (influenza, COVID, TB testing, etc.)
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Auxiliary providers during patient care and emergent situations
- Support clinic flow, including wait room management and patient outreach
- Schedule appointments and conduct reminder calls
- Maintain clinic readiness and ensure a positive patient experience
- Act as a chaperone during sensitive exams when required
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted LVN/LPN license (U.S. State/Territory/DC)
- Minimum 1+ year of clinical experience in: Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency Room
- Hands-on experience with immunizations and injections
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) (EPIC preferred)
- Accuracy in taking and recording vital signs
- High school diploma or GED (verifiable)
