Contents Restoration Supervisor

Integrated Restoration is seeking a hands-on Contents Restoration Supervisor to oversee contents projects from initial inspection through pack-back and closeout. This role involves directing the daily work of the contents team, maintaining customer communication, and ensuring accurate inventory management using Contents Tracker or another approved system. The position requires coordination with Mitigation and Reconstruction teams to keep projects on schedule and safe.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contents inspections, pack-outs, cleaning, storage, pack-backs, and closeout, ensuring careful handling, labeling, transport, storage, and return of belongings.
• Build daily and weekly schedules, aligning site access, job sequencing, labor, vehicles, equipment, supplies, warehouse space, customer communication, and project timelines with other departments.
• Serve as the primary contact for contents customers and insurance adjusters, providing updates and handling concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
• Direct, train, and support contents associates, setting clear expectations for safety and quality.
• Ensure contents are accurately photographed, described, and logged in the inventory-tracking system, with status and location updated as items are moved, cleaned, stored, or returned.
• Reconcile physical inventory with system records before pack-back and closeout.
• Maintain an organized warehouse with clear separation between customer jobs and accurate control of storage capacity, vaults, crates, racks, and staging areas.
• Review active jobs, set next steps, and address scheduling delays, documentation gaps, lost-item concerns, damage issues, and customer complaints.

Requirements

• Experience leading a field, warehouse, moving and storage, restoration, or service team.
• Strong scheduling, organization, inventory-control, and follow-through skills.
• Comfort using mobile and cloud-based software for inventory, photos, notes, and job documentation.
• Strong customer service, communication, and attention to detail, including the ability to remain calm with stressed customers and handle fragile, sentimental, or high-value belongings.
• Ability to manage multiple active jobs while keeping priorities and deadlines clear.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to work in customer properties, restoration environments, and warehouses, performing physical duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with contents restoration, mitigation, insurance claims, moving and storage, pack-outs, contents cleaning, vault storage, Contents Tracker, Xactimate, or IICRC certifications (e.g., CPT, FSRT, OCT, WRT).
• Willingness to complete required training and obtain certifications after hire if not already certified.
