Responsibilities
- Manage contents and cleaning crews and jobs according to SERVPRO procedures
- Perform job estimates and scope services
- Review job scopes to ensure accuracy and to ensure staff is prepared with necessary supplies and equipment
- Assign crews and coordinate work for cleaning jobs and customer contents packouts and packbacks
- Supervise Team activity and monitor jobs from start to finish
- Establish rapport and reliably communicate with commercial and residential customers, and insurance representatives
- Keep Contents Manager and Contents Project Coordinator updated on job progress
- Resolve problems quickly as they arise
- Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiency
- Review final job paperwork including, scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders
Requirements
- Restoration cleaning experience
- Shipping/receiving and inventory management experience
- Contents packing and moving experience
- Ability to travel locally and between NC and SC on day trips
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check subject to applicable laws
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Accurate math skills
- Exposure to cleaning products and chemicals
- Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 50 pounds and up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights
- Ability to access and work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, and drive for long periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
