Contents Estimator

Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming calls, from clients, vendors, insurance companies, and field staff.
• Communicate with customers throughout restoration process.
• Aid in the scheduling of services with staff, customers, and insurance.
• Write repair and mitigation estimates in Xactimate.
• Accounts Receivable, following up on outstanding invoices and collections.
• Follow up on estimate approvals.
• Clerical duty as required including customer and job data entry into proprietary software.
• Run weekly job progress meetings to make sure Fusion is updated.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to wear respiratory equipment and PPE.
• Must be available to work after hours, and on rotation for emergency calls.
• Experience with Xactimate, Adobe, Word, and Excel required.

Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55,000-60,000 per year salary. 15 days paid time off per year. 401k.
