Primary responsibilities
- Lead and direct the contents crew on pack-out, cleaning, inventory, storage, and pack-back projects.
- Perform and supervise the careful handling, labeling, cleaning, and restoration of customer belongings.
- Accurately document and photograph customer belongings and maintain detailed inventory records.
- Manage and complete jobs according to SERVPRO processes per work order, monitoring assigned jobs from start to finish.
- Respond to service calls, set up and establish efficient job flow, and coordinate the requirements for each job.
- Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities and quality of work.
- Explain processes and answer customer questions, establishing relationships with commercial, insurance, and residential customers.
- Maintain continuous communication with internal parties, including the Job File Coordinator and management.
- Identify safety hazards, communicate them, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
- Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site.
- Resolve problems quickly as they arise.
- Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details, including photos and required readings.
- Manage and control the costs of production projects.
- Manage assets by protecting and properly using equipment and materials.
- Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas.
Position requirements
- High school diploma/GED required.
- 1-3 years of contents or restoration experience.
- IICRC certifications a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and excellent customer service skills required.
- Must be able to work in person and travel to job sites as needed. Available for weekend and after-hours on-call rotation.
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States and able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
Physical demands
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of objects throughout the day.
- Walking and standing for long periods, as well as driving, sitting, and climbing.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces under buildings and attics).
- Exposure to chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, and loud noise.
- Occasional exposure to extreme conditions such as heat, cold, and noxious odors.
- Required to occasionally wear a respirator and other personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform demanding tasks throughout the day.

- Full-Time, up to 40 hours per week.

Salary
$20-$26 / hour, pending experience.
