In this role, you will craft compelling narratives that resonate across platforms, blending strategic thinking with hands-on content creation—from conceptualizing high-level campaigns to producing engaging short-form videos. Your work will shape the digital narrative, ensuring the brand’s presence is fresh, relevant, and impactful, driving measurable business outcomes and fostering deeper connections with consumer and industry audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business priorities across consumer and industry audiences, translating goals into platform-specific storytelling.
- Develop and produce content as a core function of the role, from concepting and copywriting to light production, ensuring quality and consistency across channels.
- Serve as a strategic contributor on cross-functional campaigns, from new initiatives to cultural activations, helping shape creative direction and ensuring on-brand execution.
- Use data, social listening, and audience insights to inform content decisions, track performance, and surface opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with Brand, Communications, and Performance teams to bring integrated campaign ideas to life with clear channel strategies.
- Monitor emerging platforms, formats, and cultural moments to keep the social presence fresh and relevant; share learnings proactively.
- Support planning workflows, content calendars, and reporting to keep campaigns on track and visible to stakeholders.
- Travel to events and capture content as needed (10-25%).
Requirements
- 5+ years in social strategy, content, or digital marketing with a track record of contributing to impactful campaigns.
- Fluency across major social platforms with strong instincts for what works where and why.
- Hands-on content creation experience (copywriting, short-form video, graphics coordination, or similar).
- Comfort working with data, using insights to sharpen strategy, not just report numbers.
- Strong communicator who can work across creative and business teams with clarity and confidence.
