About the role

We’re seeking a strategic, AI-forward content marketer to join our team as a Content Strategist, Product Marketing. In this role, you will create high-impact content that strengthens sales readiness, deepens audience engagement, and drives measurable business results.

The ideal candidate is audience-first, strategically minded, and results-driven, with the curiosity, creativity, and business acumen to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling content. You will help modernize how content is planned and produced, bringing fresh thinking, strong execution, and innovative approaches to work that elevates the audience experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned to business goals, audience needs, and brand priorities.
  • Build and manage editorial plans and content calendars to support consistent, timely delivery across channels.
  • Partner closely with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to identify content opportunities and align priorities.
  • Create and manage product-focused content, including launch materials, messaging assets, and campaign support content.
  • Identify co-marketing and cross-promotional opportunities to expand reach and increase product visibility across relevant audiences and channels.
  • Develop strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search experiences and conversational platforms, ensuring content is optimized for discovery, citation, and recommendation.
  • Track and analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Seismic, Caliber Mind or similar platforms.
  • Measure and report on key performance indicators, including traffic, engagement, lead generation, and influenced revenue.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and strategic insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven Content Leadership: Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong experience partnering with product, sales, design, and marketing teams to deliver integrated content initiatives.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to blend creative thinking with data-driven decision-making, using performance metrics to inform and optimize content strategies.
  • System Mastery: Deep knowledge of modern work management and CMS platforms (e.g., Asana, Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint, Adobe Experience Manager).
  • AI Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience using enterprise AI tools (such as Gemini, Jasper, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to support content creation, ideation, and optimization.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive, solution-oriented approach to identifying challenges and driving effective solutions.
