Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of RFP responses by partnering with sales and marketing teams to understand client objectives and create customized, strategic proposals.
- Translate advertiser briefs, product capabilities, and market insights into compelling business narratives and sales presentations.
- Manage end-to-end proposal development processes, including research, content creation, editing, stakeholder coordination, and final delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and content stakeholders to gather insights and align proposal strategies.
- Drive stakeholder communication and ensure timely completion of deliverables within fast-paced business environments.
- Create persuasive sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, presentations, proposal documents, and client-facing collateral.
- Develop visual concepts and basic design elements to enhance presentations and bring advertising solutions to life.
- Maintain and optimize marketing collateral, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with evolving business strategies.
- Support commercial marketing initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve messaging, positioning, and customer engagement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting aggressive deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content strategy, sales enablement, proposal development, or related marketing roles.
- Extensive experience managing RFP processes from initial request through final submission.
- Proven ability to create high-quality marketing content under tight deadlines and within complex business environments.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex products, services, and business concepts into clear and persuasive messaging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience developing executive-level and client-facing content.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple competing projects while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting advertising, digital media, publishing, streaming, or technology-focused businesses.
- Knowledge of digital advertising solutions including search, display, native, sponsorship, and video advertising.
- Experience creating sales presentations, pitch decks, and client-facing marketing materials.
- Familiarity with presentation design tools such as Keynote, PowerPoint, or basic design software.
- Experience developing content strategies for enterprise clients and commercial sales teams.
- Understanding of brand marketing principles and digital media industry trends.
