Content Strategist II

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview. High volumes of repetitive customer inquiries strain assisted support channels and create friction across digital touchpoints. This role owns the end-to-end development of proactive customer care content across Reddit, Facebook, and X for Boost Mobile and DISH, to address customer pain points by converting operational complexity into accurate, self-service content across social platforms. By leveraging data from search, social listening, phone and chat metrics, and AI engine queries, this position establishes proactive guides and media assets that resolve issues before customers reach support channels. The position expands channel coverage, strengthens measurement systems, and optimizes content for search and AI discovery.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)

Build and maintain a proactive content roadmap across Reddit, Facebook, and X for Dish and Boost Mobile brands to drive deflection metrics Synthesize customer signals from social listening, call/chat logs, search trends, and AI-generated answers into prioritized content projects Produce publish-ready written guides, graphic assets, and captioned short-form video formatted for channel-native requirements Establish a structured Reddit content architecture with parent topic hubs and child issue guides to optimize discovery by search engines and AI assistants Partner with product, web, and analytics teams to distinguish content gaps from software defects, routing operational issues appropriately Deploy generative AI tools across research, drafting, and asset creation to increase production efficiency while ensuring brand alignment and accuracy

Skills, Experience And Requirements

• Core Skills and Competencies (What you’ll bring): Ability to translate technical processes and product limitations into clear, plain-language customer guidance Exceptional writing skills Strong skills in short-form video production, editing, captioning, and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator AI Application proficiency using tools such as Adobe Firefly or generative AI platforms for research, drafting, and visual asset generation Critical experience analyzing social listening data, web traffic metrics, search trends, and call/chat logs to identify customer pain points Deep understanding of channel-native formatting, tone, and community conventions across Reddit, Facebook, and X
• Additional Qualifications Experience in customer service, hospitality, community management, or direct customer-facing environments
• Minimum Requirements Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or 3+ years of equivalent practical experience) Minimum Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media content strategy, digital content creation, or customer experience operations Required Technical Skills: Must have experience with: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) AI-assisted design and content tools (Adobe Firefly or equivalent generative AI software) Social listening and digital analytics tools (Sprinklr Experience Preferred)

Salary Ranges Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
