Responsibilities

  • Improve Online Experience
  • Help design clear and intuitive website journeys, features for HCPs and patients.
  • Ensure content is easy to understand, accessible, and consistent across brands.
  • Guide brands on best practices for organizing information and making websites more user-friendly and accessible.
  • Drive UX Deep Dives with the Brand and Omnichannel Engagement lead.
  • Work with Engagement leads to deliver against Web feature requests.
  • Improve Website Performance
  • Identify issues that slow down site load times and work with our teams to fix them.
  • Recommend ways to streamline pages, improve mobile experience, and reduce errors.
  • Monitor ongoing site health and help address performance issues quickly.
  • Review how users interact with key elements on the site—such as buttons, links, and page sections—and analyze traffic changes to recommend improvements that increase engagement.
  • Strengthen Measurement & Optimization
  • Drive performance of website impact and compare over time, optimize for greater engagement and impact.
  • Validate Adobe Analytics Tags in development before websites go live with redesigns, validate Adobe data as required.
  • Define what success looks like for each website (e.g., engagement, navigation, conversions).
  • Partner with customer analytics teams to track Adobe Analytics reporting and convert metrics into actionable optimizations.
  • Lead simple tests to understand what resonates with users.
  • Improve discoverability with SEO/GEO.
  • Support Governance & Compliance
  • Promote consistent use of approved templates, content blocks, and component libraries.
  • Ensure all digital efforts meet privacy, accessibility, and compliance standards.
  • Drive Ways of Working
  • Collaborate with a centralized operations hub team, Operations Partner, to deliver web updates efficiently.
  • Help establish clear roles, processes, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Work with Operations Hub and support workflows from content briefing through MLR and publishing.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience improving websites, digital experiences, or online engagement.
  • Experience working in pharma or healthcare, especially with HCP and patient audiences.
  • Understanding of Search Optimization/discoverability e.g., GEO.
  • Experience with Adobe CMS, Adobe Analytics.
  • Understanding of what makes a website effective—clarity, speed, ease-of-use, and compelling content.
  • Comfort working with analytics dashboards, interpreting trends, and making recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate across many teams and guide them toward best practices.
  • Familiarity with regulated review processes (MLR) and digital compliance requirements.
