Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and optimize website content to fit new design templates and user journeys.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency in voice, tone, and messaging.
• Apply SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability and user engagement.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to draft and scale content while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Manage ongoing content updates as the website evolves to keep information current and optimized.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, design, or digital content development.
• Proven experience with website redesigns or large-scale content refresh initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable content strategies.
• Excellent writing, editing, and content structuring skills tailored for web environments.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and emerging content optimization techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with UX/design teams and familiarity with design systems.
• Comfort using AI content tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with high-volume content execution in dynamic environments.
• Experience developing content targeted at SMB or B2B audiences is a plus.
