Job Description

Summary of Responsibilities
- Collaborates with editors, writers, designers and marketers to produce and distribute engaging content.
- Routinely audit content and identify areas for improvement.
- Builds schedules, ensure deliverables are met, measure effectiveness, and share insights and best practices.
- Delivers member value through resources, education and connection; help drive organizational revenue by driving member value and thereby member retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or through equivalent work experience) in communications, marketing, English, or related area, plus a minimum of four years of related work experience.
Required Skills for Success
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated success in working with editorial plans and working within content strategy frameworks
- Basic understanding of web analytics
Preferred Skills
- Publishing experience in digital channels, including principles of information architecture, componentized content management systems, syndication, SEO best practices and GEO/AEO best practices
