About the role

The Service Technician is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of company equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on company equipment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment running efficiently
• Document service requests and resolutions in the company's IT helpdesk system
• Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot complex problems
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a technical support role
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel as needed
