Content Specialist - Contractor

About the role

We are seeking a Content Specialist to join our dynamic “Platforms and Culture” team at WK Kellogg Co. This 6-month (with potential for extension) contract position can be either part-time or full-time, and may require occasional travel to capture content at events.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for multiple brands, including video production and social media management.
• Manage and publish content, respond to comments, and ideate improvements for our social media presence.
• Analyze content performance and conduct social listening to understand audience engagement and brand perception.

Qualifications

• Experience creating brand content, particularly in video.
• Strong written communication and time management skills.
• Curiosity about new social platforms and capabilities.
• Basic social media design and editing skills.
• Experience analyzing content and providing recommendations.
• A portfolio or video content samples.
• Experience and/or passion with health and wellness (a plus).

Pay

The pay range for this role is $25 - $30/hour, with the starting base pay determined based on job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.
