Content Reviewer (French and German)

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, organize, and curate video content across categories, genres, and regional tentpoles (e.g., holidays, cultural moments, family/kids' content) using internal content management systems.
  • Audit video content, metadata, and datasets to identify quality or classification issues, applying direct fixes or documenting discrepancies per established scoring standards.
  • Create and maintain content repositories, ensuring accurate taxonomy, metadata, and alignment with internal systems and programming guidelines.
  • Analyze audience behavior, video/channel performance, and industry trends (both qualitative and quantitative) to inform programming strategy and product improvements.
  • Support major programming initiatives, spotlight programs, and audience-engagement campaigns based on priorities set by Project Managers.
  • Track recurring quality trends and data gaps to recommend process enhancements and optimization strategies.
  • Document workflows, best practices, and insights to build team knowledge bases and support a culture of continuous learning.
  • Partner with Project Managers and team members to align on programming priorities, manage deadlines, and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
  • Review lists and datasets as needed to support broader business and operational goals.

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE NATIVE LEVEL FLUENCY IN FRENCH AND/OR GERMAN
  • Prior experience in content quality review, content operations, content moderation, digital media, video programming, or a related field.
  • Experience reviewing digital or video content against defined quality standards and identifying content or data issues.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of content and data.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and navigate internal tools, systems, and processes quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic level or above fluency in Italian.
  • Prior experience working with children and families (areas in trust & safety, education, or entertainment is a plus!)
  • Experience with content curation, programming, editorial strategy, or audience development.
  • Experience identifying patterns and translating data and content observations into actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, or technology-focused environment.
