The Content Reviewer (French and German) is based in the United States and supports the quality and organization of digital video content within a global media environment. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Review, organize, and curate video content across categories, genres, regional events, cultural moments, and family-oriented programming areas.
  2. Audit content assets, metadata, and datasets to identify quality, classification, or accuracy issues and apply corrections when needed.
  3. Maintain content repositories by ensuring accurate taxonomy, metadata structure, and alignment with internal content guidelines.
  4. Analyze audience behavior, content performance, and industry trends to provide insights that support programming decisions and product improvements.
  5. Identify recurring quality issues, data gaps, and operational challenges while recommending process improvements.
  6. Document workflows, best practices, and review insights to strengthen team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  7. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate findings effectively.
  8. Review content lists and datasets to support broader operational and strategic initiatives.

Requirements include:

  • Experience in digital content operations, quality review, or media-related environments.
  • Strong language skills and the ability to analyze and manage large amounts of information.
  • Precision, organization, adaptability, and effective collaboration in a remote setting.
  • Intermediate-level fluency in French and/or German.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while handling high volumes of content and data.
  • Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage priorities independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new tools, systems, and operational processes.
  • Experience with content curation, editorial strategy, programming, audience development, or similar areas is preferred.
  • Additional fluency in Italian is a plus.
  • Experience working with children and families in areas such as trust and safety, education, or entertainment is an advantage.
