Content Publishing Specialist

What you’ll do

• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met for diverse data collections.
• Focusing on Department-wide completion and launch dates.
• Resolve complex issues with SQL templates and database tables.
• Clearly documents and escalates tool-related issues to the Content Support team with necessary technical context.
• Leads communication with teams that handled the data prior to the publishing stage.
• Manages the intake of corrected data and executes the republication of collections.
• Assists in answering questions, troubleshooting issues the team experiences, and conducting rigorous peer reviews of teammates' handoffs.
• Adheres strictly to complex, multi-environment workflows where the order of operations is critical to ensure data integrity and prevent publishing issues.
• Affords technical support to other team members.
• Designs and implements innovative methods to optimize production workflows and support scalable content growth with assistance from AI tools and writing new MySQL procedures.

Benefits
