For our client, we are seeking a Content Production Lead Local Media to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a hospitality and recreation environment. Location: Secaucus, NJ - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $285,000 – $375,000 annually Responsibilities Lead live game and studio production ensuring high-quality execution Oversee production teams, including producers, directors, and on-air talent Establish scalable production models in partnership with technical teams Drive consistency and enable team-specific local storytelling Collaborate with content planning to align production with scheduling Ensure production output meets platform requirements across channels Work with technology teams to inform system design for production workflows Lead talent strategy, including negotiator for on-air roles Develop and scale innovative content formats for diverse audiences Drive innovation in live production to enhance viewer engagement Manage production staffing models for efficiency and quality Create a culture of feedback and coaching across the production team Contribute to overall strategy as a member of the Local Media leadership team Qualifications 12+ years in live sports production, including game and/or studio production Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, or related field preferred Proven leadership of large-scale, multi-market production operations Experience managing producers, directors, and on-air talent in fast-paced environments Success in leading production organizations through operational transformation Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and distribution teams Budget management experience across production operations Experience negotiating talent and vendor agreements Benefits Eligible for a remote work option one day per week Employees may participate in various Company-sponsored benefit programs, including medical, dental, and vision insurance Access to life/AD&D insurance and disability coverage Fertility and family-forming assistance programs Wellbeing allowance and mental health coaching/therapy Educational assistance for professional development Tax-advantaged accounts like HSA and FSAs 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Generous time off benefits including vacation, sick leave, and personal days Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
