Responsibilities
- Build and update content in Sitecore using pre-built and custom components based on designs, copy decks, or direction, from stakeholders.
- Execute end-to-end publishing workflows, including content entry, personalization, versioning, scheduling, archival, and deployment, in accordance with designs, requirements, and accessibility.
- Prepare content for review, approval, and publishing.
- Identify and resolve errors and issues with the CMS, broken links, formatting issues, missing assets, or other publishing issues.
- Maintain accurate status updates for assigned pages or content tasks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building content in Sitecore.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute content changes accurately.
- Experience formatting digital content for readability, usability, accessibility, and consistency.
- Able to accurately follow templates, standards, workflows, and publishing guidelines.
- Comfortable managing multiple pages, tasks, and deadlines at once.
- Strong collaboration skills (with Content, UX, QA, and Project Management).
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the CMS, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
About the Role
The Content Production Associate III will play a key role in creating, managing, and delivering high-quality content across various platforms. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a hybrid environment (Tuesday through Thursday on-site).
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience building content in Sitecore.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute content changes accurately.
- Experience formatting digital content for readability, usability, accessibility, and consistency.
- Able to accurately follow templates, standards, workflows, and publishing guidelines.
- Comfortable managing multiple pages, tasks, and deadlines at once.
- Strong collaboration skills (with Content, UX, QA, and Project Management).
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the CMS, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
Skills
- Experience with employee intranets, enterprise portals, knowledge bases, or large corporate websites.
- Experience with personalization, metadata, taxonomy, tagging, redirects, and content archiving.
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA).

Pay
The pay range for this position is $60 - $62 per hour.
Schedule
This position requires working Tuesday through Thursday on-site.
