About the Role
The Seasonal Content Operations Manager supports day-to-day content production during the 2026–2027 Unrivaled season. This temporary position is expected to begin in August 2026 and conclude in approximately April 2027, subject to business needs. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Integration, the role manages workflows, coordinates logistics, and helps ensure timely, high-quality content delivery across content, production, and strategy teams.
Responsibilities
- Content Production & Execution
- Execute day-to-day content production needs
- Support content workflows from production through post-production and delivery
- Help coordinate shooting schedules and content capture workflows
- Support coordination of in-season content studio operations
- Post-Production & Delivery
- Support post-production workflows by coordinating deliverables and timelines as needed
- Help ensure content is organized and prepared for post-production and delivery
- Assist in tracking deliverables to support timely completion
- Content Archive & Asset Management
- Own and maintain the content archive system
- Maintain consistent standards for asset organization and management
- Support improvements to asset management workflows as needed
- Facilitate pulling and distributing content for approved media sales
- Content Technology & Platform Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for all content technology platforms
- Troubleshoot issues, manage user access, and coordinate needs across internal teams
- Manage communication and relationships with platform representatives and vendors, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution of issues
- Equipment & Resource Management
- Oversee content equipment inventory, including check-in/check-out processes
- Manage equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements
- Ensure all content staff have the necessary gear and resources for production
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in content production, operations, or production management (experience in sports is a plus)
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Experience with content workflows, post-production processes, and asset management systems
- Detail-oriented, solutions-driven team player with strong collaboration skills
