About The Role

CodeVertex Innovations LLC is hiring a Content Moderation Specialist to support campaign coordination, content workflows, reporting, and brand-related operational tasks. This role helps marketing work move forward with consistency, accuracy, and clear organization.

Responsibilities

• Support campaign planning, content calendars, publishing schedules, and marketing trackers.
• Maintain campaign documentation, performance summaries, and asset coordination records.
• Cook up with stakeholders on deliverables, approvals, timelines, and updates.
• Review marketing data and prepare clear operational updates for team review.
• Help maintain consistent brand, communication, and workflow standards.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and reliability.
• Ability to work remotely with ownership and follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a structured company environment.
• Ability to manage documentation, records, systems, or operational tasks accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to follow established processes.

PREFERRED Qualifications

• Experience supporting remote teams or documentation-heavy workflows.
• Comfort using common workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting systems depending on role.
• Ability to maintain accuracy across recurring tasks and internal systems.
