What You'll Do
- Create content that reaches customers, dealers, and employees across every stage of the customer journey—from the first website visit to long-term brand loyalty.

Brand Storytelling & Content Creation
- Write engaging content for websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, product launches, video scripts, dealer communications, and internal messaging
- Help ensure every piece of content reflects the Master Spas voice, values, and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Turn technical product information into messaging that's easy to understand, engaging, and persuasive
- Support new product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns with creative, customer-focused content

Digital Marketing & Content Performance
- Create content optimized for SEO, AI-powered search, and answer engines to help customers discover Master Spas online
- Use keyword research, customer intent, and performance data to continually improve content
- Review website, email, and campaign analytics to understand what's working—and identify opportunities to make it even better
- Use customer feedback, dealer insights, and real-world stories to create authentic, helpful content that builds confidence and trust

Email Marketing & Customer Communication
- Develop and optimize email campaigns that educate, nurture, and engage customers
- Create CRM communications that guide prospects through the buying journey while strengthening relationships with existing customers and dealers
- Analyze campaign performance to improve open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and lead conversion
- Help keep Master Spas top-of-mind through valuable, customer-focused communication
What We're Looking For
- We're looking for someone who loves writing, enjoys learning, and believes that great content can influence decisions and build lasting relationships.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience writing website content, blogs, email campaigns, product messaging, video scripts, or sales-support materials
- Excellent grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail
- Understanding of SEO, AI search optimization, keyword research, and customer-focused writing
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and improve content accordingly
- Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required
- Applicants should provide 3–5 writing samples showcasing persuasive, customer-focused marketing content.
