Content Marketing Specialist
Purpose
The Content Marketing Specialist serves as Baker Group's storyteller, partnering with subject matter experts, project teams, and field personnel to capture and communicate the value of our work. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and compelling marketing content by creating stories that showcase our people, projects, services, and culture. The Content Marketing Specialist spends time both in the office and in the field, building relationships across the organization and gathering firsthand insights from projects, customers, and employees. Through photography, videography, interviews, writing, and content development, this individual helps bring Baker Group's capabilities and impact to life across digital, social, sales, recruiting, and marketing channels. We are seeking an individual who is outgoing, curious, self-motivated, and energized by meeting new people. They are equally comfortable walking a construction site, interviewing a project manager, developing social media content, or writing a case study that supports business development efforts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-starter who is proactive, and skilled at balancing multiple projects across marketing and communications.
