Location:

Hybrid - 2 days per week in Martinsville with travel to other offices on occasion. This role will cover all 4 Reflections locations: Martinsville, NJ, Livingston, NJ, Pearl River, NY, Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist at AMP, you will play a critical role in executing multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and growth for both the AMP brand and our partner practices. You’ll support campaign development across digital, email, social, and events, while ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, and events.
  • Develop and publish marketing content (social posts, email copy, landing pages) that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
  • Help manage partner practices' social media presence, engaging with audiences and monitoring trends.
  • Cook up with internal creative resources (design, video, content) to develop compelling assets for organic content.
  • Organize assets and maintain consistency across channels regarding business hours, device and treatment offerings, personnel, and in-house promos.
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate with internal creative resources (design, video, content) to develop compelling assets for organic content.
  • Maintain the Master Promo Sheet and create applicable Zenoti campaign codes.

Requirements & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as social media platforms, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zenoti, GoHighLevel).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industries is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending.
  • Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations.
  • Frequent use of the phone, computer, and other clinic technologies.
  • May be asked to travel and must be able to carry and maneuver their luggage and navigate through various transportation modes (car, airplane, bus, train).

Pay

$70,000 - $80,000

Schedule/Availability

40 hours per week minimum. Must be flexible based on business needs.
