About the role
We're seeking a Senior Associate, Content Marketing to support marketing communications for our Benefits and Protection business. The role involves helping deliver high-touch marketing experiences for a unique client base.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day maintenance, review, and updating of marketing and client communication materials.
- Partner with service and marketing teams to develop customized enrollment and participant communications for key clients.
- Cook up multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring materials are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand and compliance standards.
- Review, edit, and refine content provided by internal partners to ensure quality, clarity, consistency, and audience relevance.
- Audit existing marketing collateral and recommend updates to improve effectiveness and maintain accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support communication strategies and project execution.
- Monitor content performance and leverage insights to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and speed to market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, or marketing project management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Experience developing, maintaining, or updating marketing materials and client-facing communications.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and navigate competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing business needs.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and other marketing content tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting customized client communications, enrollment campaigns, or participant-facing materials.
- Knowledge of financial services, deferred compensation, or employee benefits products.
- Familiarity with content audits, content governance, and marketing best practices.
- Experience using data and performance insights to recommend content improvements.
