About The Role

The Content and Brand Communications Specialist at Prophetic Software is responsible for ensuring our brand voice is consistent, compelling, and aligned across all customer touchpoints. This role involves managing and executing content strategies across various channels including social media, email campaigns, industry event materials, and sales enablement content. You will be the steward of Prophetic’s voice, translating complex product features into clear, engaging narratives that resonate with our target audiences. Additionally, you will oversee the creation of customer-facing product content such as release communications, onboarding guides, and help center materials to ensure users understand and maximize our platform’s capabilities. This position requires a hands-on approach, combining excellent writing skills with the ability to manage content workflows, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and utilize AI tools to optimize content creation and research. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to maintain consistency and accuracy in all messaging, ultimately supporting Prophetic’s growth and customer success initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in content marketing, brand management, or related roles within a B2B software company
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and craft compelling narratives
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and event content
  • Proven ability to translate technical product features into clear, accessible content for non-technical audiences
  • Strong editorial instincts, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and accuracy
  • Experience working collaboratively across marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams
  • Proactive mindset with a keen eye for maintaining brand voice and identifying gaps or opportunities
  • Comfortable using AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow management
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute content strategies across social media platforms, including content calendar planning, publishing, and engagement
  • Develop and oversee email and newsletter campaigns, including writing, scheduling, analyzing performance, and optimizing content
  • Create content for industry events, from pre-event promotion to booth materials and post-event follow-up
  • Produce sales enablement content such as one-pagers, presentations, case studies, and follow-up sequences grounded in customer outcomes
  • Ensure all content maintains Prophetic’s voice, terminology, and proof points, tracing back to verified sources
  • Manage the editorial calendar and content workflows to ensure timely delivery across channels
  • Collaborate with Product to craft language around new features, including naming, release communications, and in-app guidance
  • Maintain and update help center and onboarding content to ensure clarity, relevance, and brand consistency
  • Train and enhance AI support tools with accurate, on-brand content to improve customer support responsiveness
  • Utilize AI tools daily for content creation, research, and workflow optimization
