Content Marketing & Business Development Intern

About the role

This is not a traditional internship. We're looking for someone who already has content creation skills and wants to learn how to leverage those to help organizations grow, expand their impact, and connect more people with services and support.

Responsibilities

• Create/edit short-form videos, design/publish social media content, repurpose educational content, assist with content calendars, research trends, create educational/trust-building content.
• Assist with awareness/outreach campaigns, support lead generation and client acquisition, increase community awareness, research marketing strategies, contribute to brand growth.
• Auxiliary with outreach initiatives, identify partnership opportunities, support relationship-building with community organizations, assist with mental health awareness campaigns.
• Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency, develop systems/workflows, explore emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Skills: Content creation, social media management, comfort with Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT or similar; dependable, organized, self-motivated, strong communication skills.
• Traits: Enjoy learning new technologies/AI, care about helping people, curious about marketing/business/growth/entrepreneurship.
• Note: Not for complete beginners; candidates must already possess creative/content creation skills.

Benefits

Compensation: $15-$20/hour + Performance Incentives
