Business Development & Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in business development and sales outreach initiatives.
• Support lead generation, CRM management, and pipeline organization.
• Create and organize marketing and social media content (including video editing).
• Support startup launches and operational projects across multiple businesses.
• Conduct market research and partner outreach.
• Build and improve internal systems, SOPs, and workflows.
• Assist with AI automation projects and digital business systems.
• Track analytics, business performance data, and operational metrics.

Business Process Qualifications & Requirements

• No prior experience required.
• High work ethic, coachable, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
• Strong communication skills; organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
