Responsibilities

• Curate and create compelling written content for our website, blog, social media channels, and marketing materials that align with our brand voice and messaging.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, ensuring that all materials adhere to our company's style guidelines and reflect our commitment to excellence.
• Conduct research on socioeconomic trends, industry best practices, and case studies to inform the development of content and provide valuable insights to our audience.
• Collaborate with our marketing and communications team to brainstorm ideas, develop content strategies, and contribute to content calendars that support our business objectives.
• Optimize written content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms, utilizing keyword research and other SEO techniques.

Requirements

• Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and AP style.
• A passion for storytelling and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Excellent research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
