Content Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Developer to manage data within CMS platforms and catalog management tools. This role will contribute to the team's success by setting up content and guiding data infrastructure for new features and projects delivered into production by the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and structure multiple types of data critical to the success of new features and projects.
• Collaborate with a talented group of professionals who design, engineer, validate, and launch cutting-edge e-commerce features.
• Work independently on large, cross-functional projects.
• Execute complex production schedules with interdependencies and competing priorities.
• Build rapport, establish credibility, and influence across a large, matrixed organization.
• Anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Deliver exceptional user experiences for both business users and customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently.
• 2+ years of experience with CMS tools such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or AEM.
• 2+ years of experience with eCommerce product data, configuration, metadata analysis, and setup.
• 2+ years of experience with catalog management tools such as FileMaker, SAP CRM, or Salsify.
• 2+ years of experience in developing and executing global e-commerce shopping experiences.
• Proficient in using repositories like GitHub and understanding of JSON and XML schemas.
• Proven ability to work independently on large, cross-functional projects.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
• Passionate about effective communication—both written and verbal—with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with tight deadlines.
• High level of ownership and accountability.
