Weeghman & Briggs is seeking a motivated and mission-driven Content Developer 1 to support critical government initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
  • Gather the raw content and material from which the course(s) will be built
  • Determine what testing is appropriate to ensure students demonstrate required proficiency

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with a Maryland polygraph
  • Experience supporting government or DoD programs
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is desired
  • Four (4) years of experience in the content area(s) of the training to be developed/maintained
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas:
    • CNO operational duties
    • Development of related training
    • Instruction of related training
    • Mentoring/technical leadership in related content areas
  • Certifications in areas relevant to the training content areas are desired

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a DOD program
  • Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
  • Background in process improvement or analytical services

Pay

The projected salary range for this position is $90,000–$91,200, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
