To find out more, visit https://www.teachersoftomorrow.org About The Position Teachers of Tomorrow is seeking a Content Design & Delivery Manager to lead the instructional design, development, and revision of digital learning experiences for our future teachers. This role ensures courses, both new and updated, are instructionally sound, aligned to standards, engaging for adult learners, and consistent with Teachers of Tomorrow branding. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to bring courses from design through launch, with a focus on strong eLearning practices, effective use of AI in content development, and preparing candidates for AI-enabled K–12 classrooms. Key Responsibilities/Duties What You Will Do: Leads course development and revision efforts across programsEstablishes and follows course design, release, and quality control processesEvaluates and monitors new content approaches, including AI applications, to improve course quality and development efficiencyBrings expertise in AI use in K–12 classrooms to inform course design and ensure candidates are prepared for current and emerging instructional practicesUses LMS and CMS tools effectively to structure and deliver content in ways that maximize learner experience and usabilityEnsures strong alignment between course content, standards, and assessmentsUses AI tools to accelerate content development, revision, and quality review processesDesigns learning experiences that model effective and responsible use of AI in K–12 classroomsIntegrates AI into coursework to prepare candidates for real classroom use, including planning, assessment, and differentiationDevelops and manages course revision and release plans across new and updated contentEnsures content/coursework aligns with style guides and Teachers of Tomorrow brandingReviews content to ensure quality, consistency, and instructional effectivenessAct in accordance with Teachers of Tomorrow core valuesPerform other duties as needed. Education/Experience What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s Degree3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or LMS platforms such as Canvas, Blackboard, or MoodleExperience designing courses for adult learnersDemonstrated experience using AI tools to support content development and improve workflow efficiencyExperience or expertise in the use of AI in K–12 classrooms or teacher preparation programsExperience aligning content to standards or program requirements preferredPrior coordination or informal leadership experience is a plus Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Behaviors Strong instructional design skills for adult learnersAbility to align content to standards, outcomes, and assessmentsDemonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve content development and workflow efficiencyUnderstanding of how AI is used in K–12 classrooms and ability to translate that into teacher preparationStrong attention to detail and the ability to identify content or alignment issuesEffective communicator and problem-solver with a team-oriented mindsetAble to juggle multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholder needs What We Offer We understand that our people are the most important factor to our success.
