About the role

Prosperity Home Mortgage is seeking a Content Creator | Storyteller | On-Air Host to join their team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and confident on camera, able to create engaging video content, and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Create content that captures authentic moments and builds a recognizable national brand.
• Interview employees and produce short-form videos.
• Shoot behind-the-scenes moments and cover company events.
• Develop social-first content and find stories in everyday situations.
• Work closely with Mortgage Consultants to provide them with content they can share.
• Attract top talent to the company through compelling storytelling.
• Humanize the company’s executives and showcase its culture.

Requirements

• Comfortable and confident on camera.
• Natural storyteller with a big personality.
• Obsessed with social media and digital trends.
• Skilled at creating engaging video content from concept to publication.
• Able to connect with people from every walk of life.
• Willing to travel to the company’s headquarters in Fairfax, VA and attend events when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating engaging video content.
• Ability to develop and execute content strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software.

Skills

• Excellent on-camera presence.
• Strong storytelling ability.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Benefits

Pay

• $60,000–$70,000 annually.

Schedule

• Remote/Hybrid (Northern Virginia / DMV candidates required).
