Content Creator – Real Estate Storytelling

This role offers a unique opportunity for a creative professional to shape the visual and narrative identity of a real estate brand in Santa Monica, CA. The focus is on producing cinematic, emotionally resonant short-form content that stands out from traditional real estate marketing.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit short-form video content (reels, stories, shorts) for multiple social platforms
• Capture lifestyle, office, and brand moments that convey authenticity and emotional connection
• Create engaging captions and carousel posts tailored to each platform
• Batch and deliver edited content monthly, ensuring consistency and quality
• Collaborate on content planning and creative direction to maintain a cinematic, premium feel
• Attend one content shoot per week or every other week in Santa Monica, CA

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, especially short-form video for social media
• Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps
• Demonstrated ability to tell stories visually and evoke emotion through content
• Keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and brand alignment
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Interest in entrepreneurship, lifestyle, design, or real estate is highly valued
