Content Creator - Live Stream Host

About the role

Our transportation client is looking for Content Creators with experience in live streaming and hosting events to assist their team for an event in Seattle and Portland on Sept 30th. The client is ideally looking for a host in Seattle and Portland. Seattle: 5:45am arrival through to 7:20am departure Portland: 9:45am arrival through 11:20 departure. We are seeking an engaging, energetic, and professional Live Stream Host to lead coverage of a new service. The host will serve as the on-camera face of the event, interviewing guests, highlighting key features of the service, and keeping virtual audiences informed and entertained throughout the live broadcast.

Responsibilities

• Host and moderate a live-streamed launch event.
• Conduct interviews with executives, partners, customers, and special guests.
• Present key train features, amenities, and launch announcements.
• Maintain audience engagement with a polished, conversational on-camera presence.
• Collaborate with production teams to follow run-of-show and event messaging.
• Adapt seamlessly to live environments and changing event dynamics.

Qualifications

• Previous experience hosting live events, broadcasts, podcasts, or digital content.
• Strong interviewing, presentation, and general hosting skills.
• Comfortable speaking to large virtual audiences and managing live interactions.
• Professional, polished, and camera-ready demeanor.
• Experience with transportation, travel, lifestyle, or corporate events is a plus.
