Content Creator (Chicago-based)

Responsibilities

• Transform webinars, case studies, research, customer success stories, and thought leadership into engaging multi-channel content.
• Repurpose high-performing content into blogs, videos, LinkedIn posts, social content, newsletters, short-form assets, and emerging formats.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and executives to translate technical SEO, AI, and digital marketing concepts into compelling stories.
• Support executive thought leadership through content creation and amplification.
• Leverage Generative AI tools for research, ideation, workflow efficiency, and content scaling while maintaining quality.
• Monitor industry trends, AI developments, and search behavior changes for content opportunities.
• Manage content calendars and publishing initiatives.
• Analyze engagement and content performance metrics to optimize strategy.

Requirements

• 1+ years professional experience in content creation, content marketing, digital marketing, communications, journalism, social media, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, English, or related field (preferred).
• Experience using Generative AI tools to improve workflows, research, ideation, or content scaling while maintaining quality and authenticity.
• Demonstrated passion for content creation (e.g., personal brand, content channel, newsletter, side project, podcast, blog).
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, content optimization, and search visibility best practices (required).
• Experience creating content across multiple formats (blogs, thought leadership, social media, video, webinars, newsletters, executive communications).
• Curious, proactive, and stays current with industry trends, AI, and SEO.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
