Key Responsibilities

  • Capture short-form video, static imagery, and event photography at RTW conferences, investor engagements, office moments, and executive appearances, including day-in-the-life content, event highlights, and culture-driven clips.
  • Travel with RTW leadership as an embedded content producer, capturing content in real time and delivering platform-ready edits on tight turnarounds across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
  • Operate camera equipment, lighting, and audio tools in non-studio field conditions; edit using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent tools independently.
  • Trend Intelligence and Platform Advisory
    • Serve as an internal authority on what is performing across social platforms, proactively surfacing trend and format opportunities to the Director of Communications and Digital Media Manager.
    • Monitor peer firms, portfolio companies, and life sciences thought leaders on social to identify white space and differentiated positioning for RTW.
  • Executive Visibility and Campaign Support
    • Capture and produce content that reflects the leadership team’s public presence, intellectual authority, and personal voice, ensuring each leadership appearance, conference keynote, or investor conference engagement has a content plan.
    • Capture short-form social clips, audiograms, and companion content from RTW podcast episodes and external production shoots, and support social video asset production for paid campaigns, coordinating with the Digital Media Manager on brief, format, and delivery timeline.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A degree in visual arts, digital media, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience producing short-form social video and static content professionally, with a portfolio showing platform-native work across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Hands-on proficiency with mobile and camera-based video capture, field audio, and lighting in non-studio environments; proficiency with short-form video editing tools (CapCut or equivalent).
  • Photography skills; strong visual and creative instincts for identifying a compelling moment and constructing a short narrative without direction.
  • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for social asset production.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; this role requires building trust quickly with senior executives, external guests, and event staff to capture authentic content.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with a collaborative working style and the ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback in a fast-moving editorial environment.
  • Experience producing content in life sciences, healthcare, biotech, or financial services environments a plus.
  • Experience as an embedded content producer for a public-facing executive or leadership team a plus.
