RS Beauty Pricing helps beauty professionals stop guessing and price with purpose. Founded by a licensed cosmetologist, we offer a pricing app, a business community, and the Business Record Keeping Journal, a planner that helps beauty pros track clients, appointments, income, expenses, and year-to-date totals.
About the Role
We're looking for beauty creators whose followers are other beauty professionals to represent RS Beauty Pricing and promote the Business Record Keeping Journal. This role is a fit if your audience is made up of stylists, techs, and suite owners who run their own beauty businesses, not clients looking for services. This is a remote, commission-based partnership. You create content on your own schedule and earn on every sale you bring in.
Responsibilities
- Use the Business Record Keeping Journal in your own beauty business, so your content comes from real, hands-on experience
- Create and post at least 4 pieces of content per month (Reels, TikToks, Stories, live or posts) featuring the journal
- Show your audience how the journal helps beauty professionals run their business: tracking clients and appointments, recording income and expenses, keeping up with cancellations and refunds, and knowing their year-to-date numbers
- Share what you've personally learned from using the journal, such as where your money is really going, how much you're actually earning after expenses, or how knowing your numbers has changed the way you price and plan
- Share your personal discount code and affiliate link in every post, caption, or bio
- Clearly label every post as a paid partnership using #ad, #affiliate, or the platform's paid-partnership tag, as required by the FTC
- Engage with followers who comment or ask questions about the journal
- Represent RS Beauty Pricing honestly and professionally, with no false claims or income promises
- Respond to emails from RS Beauty Pricing within 3 business days
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Licensed or working beauty professional: stylist, braider, barber, lash tech, nail tech, esthetician, suite owner, or beauty educator
- 1,000+ followers on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook
- Your audience must be made up mainly of other beauty professionals (stylists, braiders, barbers, lash and nail techs, estheticians, suite owners, and beauty students), not clients who book beauty services. The journal is a business tool for beauty pros, so your followers need to be the people running beauty businesses.
- Posts consistently, at least weekly
- Interest in the business side of beauty: pricing, booking, money management, or running a suite
- Based in the United States
- Professional in how you communicate, show up online, and treat your clients and followers
- Able to represent RS Beauty Pricing positively, with content and conduct that reflect well on the brand
- Believes in our mission to help beauty professionals stop guessing, price with purpose, and build more profitable businesses
