Content Creator
About the role
We’re looking for a Content Creator who will really be one of the faces behind LumiMeds’ social content. This is a very hands-on, on-camera position focused mainly on short-form content for TikTok and Instagram. You’d work closely with our Social Media Manager on concepts, scripts, and hooks, but we’re looking for someone who can bring those ideas to life, create strong UGC-style and paid content, and understand what actually drives engagement and growth. A big part of the role is testing different ideas quickly, looking at performance, and understanding what works and what doesn’t. Since we’re in the healthcare space, there are also compliance guidelines around what we can say about treatments and results, so being comfortable working within those boundaries is important. Overall, we’re looking for someone who is naturally engaging on camera, creative, fast, and very growth-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Appear on camera regularly across Reels, TikToks, trends, talking head, and storytelling formats
- Partner with the Social Media Manager on scripts, concepts, and hooks before filming
- Develop and test content formats fast. Kill what doesn’t work, double down on what does
- Produce UGC-style and paid ad content that converts across the funnel
- Track performance weekly and connect content decisions to growth metrics
- Stay ahead of platform trends and bring native ideas to the table
- Collaborate on campaign moments, product launches, and patient stories
Requirements
- Proven track record of growing a brand or personal account. We want to see numbers
- Strong UGC and paid ad content background
- Naturally engaging on camera. Not just comfortable, actually compelling
- Fast executor. You can go from concept to posted in hours, not days
- Strong instinct for short-form video: hooks, pacing, captions, all of it
- Reliable home production setup (phone camera, decent lighting, quiet space)
- Willingness to work within FDA marketing compliance constraints for healthcare content (we’ll train you, but you have to be open to it)
