About the role

To create high-impact, audience-driven short-form social content that fuels our Founder’s growth across platforms. You’ll be working across a high-profile Founder’s personal brand that will be turning content into storytelling pieces of short form content while maximising it for engagement, reach and retention.

Day to day

  • Film and edit compelling short-form content ensuring clips are engaging and algorithm-optimised.
  • Work with the Founder Storytelling Team to identify the moments that we want to post out in the world.
  • Enhance content with subtitles, captions, and motion graphics to improve accessibility and engagement.
  • Audit editing style based on performance insights, constantly iterating for maximum impact.
  • Ensure all content maintains the highest production quality and adheres to the brand’s distinctive style.
  • Stay ahead of trends in short-form content, experimenting with new formats, transitions, and storytelling techniques.
  • Collaborate closely across all stakeholders in the team to execute a seamless content strategy.

  • Short-form storytelling mastery: Shoot and edit clips that captivate audiences within seconds, driving virality and retention.
  • Data-driven editing: Ensure every edit aligns with data insights, optimising for watch time, shareability, and algorithm performance.
  • Speed & efficiency: Maintain a fast turnaround for clips, working seamlessly with the production and editorial teams to release content at the optimal time.
  • Platform-native content: Edit with a deep understanding of what works best on each platform.
  • Creative innovation: Push the boundaries of editing styles, motion graphics, and visual storytelling to elevate our Founder’s social media presence.
  • Travelling with the Founder and shooting world class social content.

We're looking for

  • Elite editing and filming skills: Expert in Premiere Pro (or equivalent) with a strong eye for pacing, storytelling, and emotion.
  • Data-driven mindset: Ability to interpret analytics to refine editing choices and improve content performance.
  • Speed & efficiency: Comfortable working under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Platform fluency: Deep understanding of social media algorithms and how to optimise content for each.
  • Creative instinct: Ability to craft edits that feel fresh, exciting, and aligned with our shows distinctive brand identities.

Location

Los Angeles, USA : We are an in-person-first culture, fostering a vibrant work environment centred around connection and community. The role involves regular global travel, so flexibility in this aspect is essential.
