Content Coordinator

Key responsibilities

• Author, build, and publish web pages in Contentful CMS using approved templates, components, and assets.
• This includes copy updates, asset uploads/mapping, ROW (rest-of-world) page creation, UAT feedback incorporation, and content publication in Contentful.
• Assemble pages from reusable components and templates, working from component specs – inputs/props, default/loading/error states, content and asset expectations, and any constraints that impact CMS authoring.
• Own QA and publishing of authored pages before launch, contributing to a fully modular, scalable system that standardizes templates and reusable components with fewer custom builds.
• Support localization workflows – loc file creation, loc hand-off/hand-back.
• Incorporate copy-related SEO feedback into authored content.
• Partner with front-end dev, design, and program management across content authoring and ops, program management, QA, and launch support for the web team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Contentful authoring experience (primary requirement).
• Comfort with creating a page from templates/components/assets/workflow, folder structure, and a high-level, non-technical understanding of APIs.
• Strong QA discipline and attention to detail through publishing.
• Familiarity with localization processes and rest-of-world page creation.
• Working knowledge of on page/copy SEO best practices.

Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45.00 - $50.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
