About the Role

The Foster Dog Content Collector gathers up-to-date information and media on foster dogs to maintain accurate records and support advertisement efforts. As the link between foster families and our advertising teams, you’ll ensure high-quality, current content is available to attract potential adopters. This remote role requires five hours per week on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on new intakes and dogs in the program, with special attention to long-term residents.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between foster families and the Dog Ad Pack.
• Proactively gather content on all available dogs weekly via:
  • Baserow forms
  • Social media
  • Blink
• Maintain Baserow as the source of authority for dog records.
• Upload photos, videos, and copy to Google Drive.
• Manage and update Master Dog Ads folders in Google Drive.
• Archive content for adopted dogs.

Requirements

• Systematic approach: Reach out to each foster family on a routine, scheduled basis.
• Highly organized: Keep all media files structured within the file and folder system.
• Access to a desktop computer or tablet (phones are insufficient for navigating spreadsheets).
• Pleasantly persistent with foster families who need extra motivation to complete forms.

About Path of Hope Rescue

Path of Hope Rescue saves pregnant dogs and puppies from high-kill shelters in the Southern United States, transporting them to the Pacific Northwest to find adoptive homes. We are a 100% foster-based organization with no physical kennel, relying entirely on online platforms to advertise our dogs. Founded in 2018 with $87, we are funded by small donors, adoption fees, and occasional private grants—no government funding.
