Overview
Our company provides cleanup and restoration services to customers that have experienced water, fire, mold or bio-hazard damage in their home or business. We pride ourselves on helping our customers return to their daily lives as if the event "never even happened."
Responsibilities
- Carefully pack up client's personal property
- Detail clean contents
- Inventory the items
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.
- Auxiliary in restoration activities, such as water extraction, fire damages, setting up specialty equipment, and demolition.
- Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
- Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
- Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- IICRC certification is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
