About the role

ampliFI is looking for a versatile, execution-focused marketer who thrives at the intersection of content strategy, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling. As our Content & Campaign Marketing Specialist, you will own the full content lifecycle—from brief to publication—while also driving paid media campaigns and channel performance across our key B2B marketing channels. You’ll serve as ampliFI’s primary writer and content engine, translating complex financial and loyalty concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executives and decision-makers. This role is ideal for a marketer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience who wants broad ownership across content, paid media, email, social, and analytics—and is ready to grow with a team building something meaningful in the loyalty and fintech space.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as ampliFI’s lead writer, producing high-quality content across channels, including social media, blogs, newsletters, case studies, whitepapers, and sales materials
  • Own content from brief through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand voice
  • Partner with design to develop visually compelling, on-brand assets
  • Proactively identify content needs and bring forward recommendations based on business priorities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communications to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization
  • Own execution of B2B marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives from planning through launch
  • Manage timelines, assets, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and at a high standard
  • Execute content distribution across key channels (LinkedIn, website, email, etc.)
  • Identify gaps, follow up with stakeholders, and keep initiatives moving without delays
  • Execute Google Ads campaigns, including setup, asset coordination, keyword alignment, and performance monitoring
  • Support LinkedIn Ads campaigns, including creative coordination and campaign setup
  • Maintain and update website content to improve clarity, engagement, and SEO/AI search performance
  • Develop and publish thought leadership content that supports ampliFI’s positioning in financial services and loyalty (case studies, blogs, LinkedIn newsletters, etc.)
  • Synthesize competitive research, industry insights, and product capabilities into relevant, performance-driven content
  • Take initiative in identifying topics, angles, and opportunities to strengthen ampliFI’s voice in the market
  • Monitor paid media performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve results over time
  • Track and report on content and campaign performance across key channels (website, social, paid media, competitor benchmarking)
  • Monitor performance trends and proactively recommend optimizations
  • Use data to refine messaging, content, and campaign execution over time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Exceptional writing and editing ability, with strong storytelling skills and the ability to adapt tone and style across formats
  • Experience creating and executing campaigns that drive measurable growth and engagement
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress)
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing focus or accuracy

Qualifications

  • Self-starter who takes ownership and drives work forward independently
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and quality
  • Proactive communicator who identifies gaps and keeps projects moving
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively across cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Design
  • Motivated by building brand presence and seeing measurable marketing outcomes
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent deadlines and shifting priorities

Skills

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other paid social platforms
  • Background in financial services, payments, fintech, or loyalty/rewards
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience working in a lean marketing team with broad ownership across multiple channels

Benefits

  • Competitive pay plus 401(k) with employer match
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • Voluntary café plans, including voluntary life, accident, hospital, critical care, and parking/transit options
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • Paid time off, company holidays, and parental leave
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Hybrid work environment with flexible hours
  • Onsite perks including gym access and snacks
  • Employee recognition programs celebrating milestones and achievements
  • Growth opportunities within a supportive, team-oriented environment
