Role Responsibilities

• Review and assess Gmail inbox architectures, labeling systems, and categorization logic to determine optimization opportunities.
• Provide detailed, structured, and actionable feedback on email organization and user experience.
• Identify recurring patterns in communication workflows to support AI training for better content understanding and prioritization.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of high-quality datasets and evaluation rubrics essential for AI development.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to iterate on AI system outputs and ensure intuitive digital workflows.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the evaluation and feedback process.

Requirements

• Be familiar with Gmail and best practices for email organization, including labels, filters, and folder structures.
• Have a proven ability to provide clear, structured, and concise written feedback on complex workflows.
