Job Summary

Aid customers with various services. Offer advice on utilizing company products and services to achieve financial goals while providing top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify and recommend products/services to members, offering detailed information and encouraging upgrades.
  • Perform teller functions such as transferring funds, stopping payments, closing/depositing/reordering debit cards, providing account balances, resetting PINs, processing payments, and assisting with Virtual Branch and bill pay setup.
  • Encourage the adoption of Virtual Branch and e-statement processes by explaining these services to customers.
  • Handle incoming calls, assess callers' needs, confirm their identity, and either assist directly or refer them to the right resources to resolve their issues efficiently.
  • Process loan payoff communications accurately and promptly, ensuring timely updates to dealerships and insurance companies.
  • Support other departments and branches by handling transactions as necessary and assist the collections department and branch managers in fulfilling customer requests and verifying merchant information.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Up to six months of relevant experience, preferably in preparatory roles.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Essential qualities include courtesy, tact, and diplomacy, necessary for personal interactions both inside and outside the organization.
