About the role
The Contact Center Representative II - TDAF serves auto loan customers, dealerships, and other financial institutions. This role operates in a fast-paced, inbound Contact Center environment, focusing on providing quality customer service and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional customer experience by supporting customers with their inbound phone inquiries.
- Complete a broad range of financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate relevant solutions, including digital banking and self-serve options, while navigating multiple systems/applications.
- Ensure proper call compliance and follow all bank policies and procedures to reduce risk to customers and the business.
- Collaborate as a member of the team, contributing to a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
- Participate in personal performance management and ongoing development activities, including cross training as necessary.
- Actively participate in personal career development and take ownership of personal growth.
- Utilize appropriate discretion and negotiation tactics when addressing fee disputes.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of related experience in retail customer service, banking, or Contact Center.
- Successful completion of standard Contact Center training.
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals and standards established by the department.
- Knowledge of all Company products and services.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.
- Experience handling confidential information.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
- Able to adhere to a set schedule which may include weekends, late nights, and holidays.
- Ability to effectively support customers using designated primary language (Spanish and/or English).

Pay

Schedule
Hours typically range from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and evening shifts as needed.
