Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for contact center roles, including agents, team leads, and support staff.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment events.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree, Certification or Equivalent Combination of Training and Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or high-volume environment.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.

Pay

Starting compensation is based on experience.

Schedule

The job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
