What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Maintain excellent quality and productivity standards for all client projects, adhering to project scripts and guidelines
- Manage day-to-day activities of patient and healthcare provider support requests across multiple communication channels
- Ensure all support requests are captured within the Case Management system
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the program team, responding to questions in a timely manner
- Cook up all aspects of patient case management through to completion, utilizing effective interpersonal skills
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- A High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or 1-2 years of healthcare/healthcare reimbursement experience
- Working knowledge and experience with health insurance and Rx reimbursement
- Understanding of HIPAA and privacy laws, maintaining patient confidentiality
- Outstanding case management and customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Experience with Adverse Event and Product Quality Complaint reporting
- Passion for learning and ability to share that passion with others
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
